What should I do to allow popup windows from some site?

If the pop-up ads come on though you don't browse the web, the reason is the AdWare installed
on your computer.
AdWare is a common name for program which shows advertisement banners.
There are a lot of freeware programs, which are
"bundled" with AdWare (KaZaA, Grokster etc). Sometimes you can
install AdWare components even without your permission. AdWare components can
left on your computer even you have uninstalled the "main" program
with which they were installed.
You can use
AdAware to detect and remove Adware programs from your computer.
It is free for home use.
