What's Interstitial ad?

Interstitial ad appears instead of web-page where you wanted to go. This ad is displayed for some time (15-30 seconds) and then you are allowed to go where you wanted to go.
In my opinion an interstitial ads are the most protected of popup blocker software. Popup blocker can't simply stop interstitial
page as this will stop the page where you wanted to go.
