Modeless Dialog Popup window opens when a browser executes a Java script operator window.showModelessDialog(). Such window is almost identical to an ordinary popup window, but Internet Explorer doesn't fire any internal events, which are usually hooked by intelligent popup killers to receive notification about a new window creation. Therefore, some of the intelligent popup killers don't recognize such popup windows.
