My notes:
SmartPopupStopper runs hided local http server on port 80 without permission. If you run your own http-server, it will conflicts with Smart Popup Stopper's internal server. Also many antispyware programs don't like such servers. Very often server running on your computer without your permission is an indicator of trojan, so be careful.
